How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Ghana is 2–4 business days. Express delivery is available at checkout for next-day in major cities.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently deliver across Ghana only. Follow us on socials to hear when international delivery launches.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is not what you ordered, you need to change size, or the item arrived damaged.
How do I find my size?
See our size guide for detailed measurements across footwear and outfits. Our team can also help via email or chat.
Are your products authentic?
Every Rorey piece is designed and made in-house or with vetted partner ateliers. Each ships with an authenticity tag.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Reach out within 1 hour of placing an order and we'll do our best. After dispatch, the standard returns process applies.
